Hoping to participate in #litsypartyofone later today, but first I need to finish my shift as a volunteer patient escort helping to ensure women (and men) have access to reproductive health care. Thinking of you all on this cold day!

Amiable @Tex2Flo I did too, in the late 1980s/early 1990s. I can‘t really believe we‘re still dealing with this crap after all these years. 3mo
Gaylagal2 @amiable No you rock sister! 😘 I can remember going to PP with my Mom as a young woman and it was completely safe and ok, just like going to the doctor for your female check up. Not now and that just pisses me off and it shouldn't be like that🤙My body my choice...period! 3mo

For full reproductive justice to be achieved, all people, including the most marginalized, need to be able to access not just abortion services but also sex education, birth control, health care, protection from violence, support for raising children and safe housing in which to raise them.

A very timely book about the history of abortion and abortion rights and the efforts to limit women‘s reproductive rights.
