I got a friend request today from a General on Goodreads. I ignored it. He‘s not a real General. Real Generals from the military don‘t have time to go online, send friend requests and chat with people. Do these fake Generals think women online are stupid enough to fall for this? I know better than to fall for this. If a General sends you a friend request online, don‘t fall for it. They‘re not a real General.

I noticed that Goodreads changed their logo recently. What was wrong with their old logo? If they were going to change their logo, they should‘ve made other changes too. I still like using Goodreads but I also like StoryGraph. I already tried transferring my data to StoryGraph from Goodreads but it didn‘t work. I have too many books on my Want To Read shelf.

Goodreads is finally working for me. I‘m glad it‘s working again. It started working last night when I opened the app so I was able to say I finished a book and I wrote my review. I had to go on there to write a review because I finished my psychology textbook I was reading.

Is anyone having a hard time updating their reading progress on Goodreads or is it just me? I wanted to update my reading progress on Goodreads and I got this message. However, I updated my reading progress on StoryGraph and StoryGraph is not having any issues. I think the reason Goodreads is having issues is because too many people are on the app. Hopefully, Goodreads IT Department will fix this soon because I want to update my reading progress.

Is anyone else struggling to get into goodreads ? Iv relaunched the app tried the website and keep getting an error message , it‘s been like it for 2 days now 😕

Graywacke I use it a little on Safari on my phone. No issues yesterday or just a moment ago. 2y

I just got this email from Goodreads today. I only used the Owned Books feature one time and that‘s it so I don‘t have to download my data. It doesn‘t have very many books on it. It only has books that I own and have read. I‘m glad they‘re getting rid of this feature because it‘s not very convenient for me to go on the desktop version of Goodreads to add Owned books.
