It was an interesting read. I tried predicting some things and I was wrong about one or 2. The plot was interesting but didn‘t see the ending coming.

It was ok. Wasn‘t anything spectacular, but to be honest l wasn‘t really thinking it would be my next 5 star read. I mean it was entertaining, but some of it was predictable.

Can I do it ? I think so for page goal. Maybe books too. I track how many pages I read in a month and I can usually get over 1000 pages in a good month. Also counting vox as a January read cause i finished it today.

Bookspin for November. #bookspin #doublespin. Might skip bingo for this month as it‘s going to be busy, plus going on vacation, so can‘t really take too many physical books with me. I‘ll be bringing my kindle but I don‘t know how many of these will be available on Libby.

TheAromaofBooks Yay!! I'll tag you for bingo & you can decide then. 😊 3mo
BookishGirl06 @TheAromaofBooks that‘s fine. I just know it‘ll be a busy month lol 3mo
DrJAdMerricksson What is bookspin? Nice stacks though! I've only read Mockingbird, but Inheritance Games is on my 'soon' list. 3mo
BookishGirl06 @DrJAdMerricksson it‘s hosted by @TheAromaofBooks you pick 20 books and they pick 2 numbers. Whichever numbers they pick are the books to read that month. But there‘s no pressure. They also do bingo too which is just the numbers on a bingo board and if you read books in a row, you get a bingo 3mo

Does a DNF count for #teamslaughter #scarathalon2021 This is kind of boring. Read for about 2 hours. If it does count, I‘m not sure it fits the theme or not

BekahB @BookishGirl06 same here. I like her writing, but fantasy isn‘t my go-to genre so I‘m pretty specific with what I like. I really enjoyed her first book, Anna Dressed in Blood, and it‘s sequel, Girl of Nightmares. I read them a very long time ago, so I don‘t know if they hold up, but I credit those books and Rick Yancey‘s, The Monstrumologist, for getting me into reading YA horror. 👻 4mo

#potteraday. The trio escapes from Gringotts on the Dragon and land in the lake. Harry realizes that Voldemort is now starting to realize his horcruxes are in danger, that he was right about one of them being in Hogwarts. Now they must get there before Voldemort decides to move it. I remember I the movie, Voldemort feels when they get destroyed but I don‘t think that happened in the book. Do you think it makes sense for him to feel them destroyed?

BookishGirl06 Just asking about movie since there are a a couple things that the movies did better than the books (edited) 4mo
BookishGirl06 Such as. 1. The elder wands fate and 2. Harry‘s line in OOTP movie “sorry professor but I must not tell lies “ was just brilliant lol 4mo
PaperbackPirate Since the horcruxes hold a part of him, then I would say yes. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 4mo
nanuska_153 It makes sense either way IMO.It's a piece of his soul so it would make sense he feels it (and Voldemort thought he would);but Dumbledore guessed correctly that he had tampered so much with his soul and had been so detached from them that he could not feel it,that makes sense to me too.It doesn't make much sense that if V. knew the Horcruxes were being destroyed he didn't bother to protect them more,or have them with him,as he planned in the books 4mo
nanuska_153 It wouldn't be that difficult for Voldemort to wear the locket,it would be more safe with him.Voldemort would have gone to the cave before Dumbledore did(after the ring was destroyed),find the fake locket, understand the note immediately and know who stole it and start looking for it.The fact that Voldemort knows the Horcruxes are being destroyed and does nothing about it in the movies is more a plot hole than accepting Dumbledore's explanation 4mo
