Beyond simile, metaphor, and personification, I knew next to nuthin'! 🤣 So, I tried to learn a few harder ones. Like “chiasmus“, which your 1st and 3rd line exhibit stunningly! CBee @lil1inblue nobody told me. I was gobsmacked. Still am to be honest. I remember my mom having crazy hot flashes and moodiness - but she was always emotional and prone to moodiness like me! Didn‘t think it was anything different. NOW I KNOW 🤦‍♀️🙄😅😬😂 14h
