1. More but only slightly. I normally have Drs appointments each week and I take my mom to her craft and gardening meetings so now I have a little more time.
2. I like re-reading the BDB series or Harry Potter series.

I love JR Ward and her Black Dagger Brotherhood series. I like to wait to buy them until 3 or 4 of the latest books come out in paperback. This way I can read them all in a row and get a good BDB fix for awhile. These came today 😍 and I can't wait to dive into them.
pickFinished this audio a few days ago. Went faster, I thought, than the previous Black Dagger Legacy books. I also think it was my favorite. I loved Boone. He wasn't your typical "bad boy" like most of the males in this series are. He is a really loyal and stand up guy. And I also loved Helaine. Maybe because she is a huge introvert like me. Plus it was great seeing more of Butch again. I also loved the murder mystery in this one.
Bit of a weak start for #24B4Monday but it‘s only Friday, I still have lots of weekend left.
pickThis is the first BDB series book I've really enjoyed in a while. They've all just kind of been ho-hum recently, or even down right annoying. But this one was good. Which is weird because it was WAY to neatly packaged to make for an exceptional vampirey murder mystery, but it was so enjoyable.

The author posted this "conversation" between V & Butch from the latest book on her Facebook page. I forgot how much these books make me laugh, especially when I am least expecting it.
pickI'm not sure how I feel about this one. It's 400 pages and occurs over a week, but hardly anything seemed to happen. I'm giving it a pick because I love her writing and this series. I think I might just be in a weird mood.

As Blood Truth was going to be released the day after my birthday, I decided to treat myself and order a signed version from the author (even though I preordered a UK edition and knew I'd have finished the book by the time it arrived). pickNow that all the trainees have had a chance at the spotlight, I don't know if we'll have another entry in the Legacy spinoff series. I really hope that's not the case. The latest installatment was another solid story and I'm curious to see where some of the events in this one will lead to.
