An interesting book that talks about the time just before to just after the dinosaurs. Brusatte does a great job of conveying scientific knowledge in an understandable way and has a tendency to take a bit of artistic license. He's also good at explaining what is fact and what are knowledgeable guesses and how they got there. I learned a lot of fascinating info about the dinosaurs, other creatures they lived alongside, and the planet.

The group ends up in yet another realm they've never been to. This one was a little tough because there were a lot of Chinese-influenced bits - names, words, customs, etc. - that I wasn't familiar with. It was definitely interesting, with some new and exciting information. Can't wait to see what happens in the next one.

This one was interesting because it was from Prim's and Percy's point of view. The group starts out in Singapore and heads to South America to save a weird species of vampire. And Carriger drops a big surprise at the end.

A new(ish) problem for the Columbia Basin pack plus the usual full plate for Mercy. I had a bit of trouble with this one because it heavily referenced a story I don't remember. If you don't remember all that much from Frost Burned I highly recommend you reread it before starting this book.

It started out okay but quickly devolved. The characters were flat, hard to connect with, and unlikable. It kept building up to a moment and then changing scenes without really finishing. It was needlessly long and complicated. I just wanted it to end.

A great Doctor Who graphic novel. This one seems to be the one before the last one I read and starts off in a weird way, so I was a bit confused. The artwork and story are awesome and not something I've really seen before.

A great collection of short stories by Pratchett. The library has it in YA but I think it's more middle grade.

The last Discworld novel. Pratchett tried to wrap up as much as he could before he passed away, and he did a pretty decent job. I was really bummed when I heard that he died but I really enjoyed this last book. Not everything is answered, but he left the characters in a good place.

I mostly enjoyed it. I had some trouble connecting to the characters. Reggie was WAY prickly. Gus didn't seem to be connected to reasoning at all -- he just did things because it felt like the thing to do. Plus, a love interest named Gus was a little weird. Cute, but definitely not my favorite of this series.

Decided to reread this while I was at it. Bran leaves Charles in charge of the pack. Soon after he leaves, outsiders start attacking the pack based on info from a traitor. The race is on to figure out who's betraying them and stop the attackers. A great mix of action, magic, and storytelling.
