Ghost Station | S.A. Barnes

Just finished reading Ghost Station by SA Barnes and it was AWESOME. Twisty story, scary space station, mind-bending situations…I had a great time. The atmosphere was impeccable - I never knew when something might be coming around a corner. Highly recommend for sci-fi horror fans!

About the potato blight in #Ireland that led to crop failure and famine and disease and death. This story is dated from the Autumn of 1946 to the Spring of 1947 and is in the point-of-view of a twelve-year-old girl named Lorraine who lived in County Galway on a farm leased by an English lord. I recommend this story to anyone who doesn‘t know this #history and enjoys #middlegrade #reads.

CaitZ I definitely need to read this. My grandmother and her 7 sisters grew up on a leased farm in County Galway, although by 1946 she was already in Chicago. Thanks for reviewing it. 1y

I had this on my TBR for quite a long time. Finally completed this classic.
This book is all about common people and their nature, friendships, families, love, religion extremism and the madness that comes along with it, virtues, life and death.

🎭 THE SILENT PATIENT🎭
by Alex Michaelides

Five fatal gunshots.
Six years of silence.
What are her first words?

This book is a psychological thriller in which a lady, Alicia shoots her husband, after six years of marriage and then goes silent for the next six years.

Everything about the plot, language, and climax worked well for me.

🌸IT ENDS WITH US🌸
By Colleen Hoover
I am so glad I read this book.
I didn't think I could feel so much all at once, I was angry, sad, cheerful, frustrated, heartbroken, hopeful and what not.
This book delivers so much... Friendship, love story, parenting, domestic violence and difficult relationships.
