Holy Bible | 
My mom gave me my own leather-bound Bible with my name imprinted on it when I turned thirteen. Even though I am now an Agnostic, it is my most prized possession on my shelf. 🩵🖤💙

dabbe @Christine I still read it as a piece of literature and love it on a lot of different levels. I have a hymnal too from my first church. I LOVE to sing old hymns or play them on the 🎹. 🩵🖤💙 8mo
jdiehr I love old hymns! That's what I grew up with. The modern worship songs do nothing for me personally. 8mo

marleed I understand. Through college graduation I attended Catholic schools. I also grew up in a very Irish Catholic community. I don‘t support the policies (anti-choice, anti-lgtbq+) the Catholic Church funds and can no longer justify giving them my money. I told a sibling, now agnostic, just last week that I still felt culturally Catholic because it was so much a part of my upbringing. She thought I was weird! 8mo
dabbe @marleed I don't think so at all. There are so many wonderful rituals we both were brought up with, and those are hard to let go of. I still am spiritual in my own way, and I'm sure you are, too. One just has to look up to the skies and be in awe of this 3rd rock from the sun we're rolling around on. 💙🖤🩵 8mo
