Happy #nationalmuttday from Supermutts Gunther and Greta! They have German shepherd and American bulldog in there along with many other breeds. Their original person loved them but could not manage their energy, which makes me the luckiest person in the world, finding them at the shelter almost 6.5 years ago. They are my heart and my joy. I don't even want to think about what I would do without them. 🐶🐶💙

And here's my other mutt--the shelter said she was a purebred lab, but she's almost certainly mixed with something (she's a little too short and her ears are goofy). Like her brother, she's the best dog we could ask for!

Reecaspieces Adorable...my BIL raises pure labs and trains them for hunting. He once gave my daughter one because the puppy's nose was not right. Needless to say...he came back and got her and sold her and she is a championship hunting dog now with all kinds of trophies and ribbons. You just never know about goophy ears! (Or noses) Lol 7y

katrrosee I did one of those doggie DNA tests for my goofy mutt - her results weren't what I was expecting at all. Who knows how reliable, but it was fun. 7y
