Still plugging away at Snow Crash for #ClassicLSFBC !

The other two are squarely in my comfort zone/favorite genre : Mystery. Both are great in their own respective ways.

1. I watched the ACM Awards on Prime Video tonight. It came on Thurs night but I couldn‘t watch it. We were under a tornado watch. A bad thunderstorm came through and knocked the power out from 6-11 pm. Finally, the power was restored on Thurs at 11 pm.

2. Watched The Masked Singer on Weds night

3. Colored this Moon picture

4. Watched Backstage on Broadway hosted by Chase Bank on Tues night

5. One mama cat had 5 kittens about 8 weeks ago. Recently another cat had a kitten (I am assuming only one survived). The mother of the single kitten is also nursing some of the other five. Two of the smallest of the five seem to be benefiting from it.

I had a hard time deciding what‘s my favorite. I haven‘t listened to these albums in a while but I really liked them. I liked every single song. I want to listen to these albums again sometime. It‘s very rare for me to like every song on an album. I usually like 1, 2 or 3 songs on an album.

1. My library had a discovery room that I loved! It was the size of a small bedroom with lots of things to touch and feel. It was only open certain hours, which made seem more special.
2 definitely the library (including the Libby app), it‘s where I work!

Preparing #litsylove letters!! Hopefully going out today!! @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Read4life @TieDyeDude I have been up all night. One fabulous dr‘s appointment, a talk with a family member, a fight with a friend, a talk with another family member, a 12oz of Pepsi and other junk food makes a manic- I mean very energetic but moody Michelle!! Plus, I didn‘t wake my mom up ( although I think I will tell family member my concern about her hearing 🩷

1. I used to to work with my older brother when he was a page in the library. I once read Tamara Pierce's The Woman Who Rides Like a Man all in a 4 hour shift. I used to read a lot faster then. Grad school killed that ability.
2. Libby, Hoopla, the library, and an occasional buy. I've also done some book swaps.

1. I remember being super excited to get my first library card during a school trip in elementary school
2. Most of my books come from the library (physical and digital)
3. Current reads: Witch King and Foxglove King (just realized my titles have a theme…)

Cozy night with a hot cup of tea and my Kindle. This book isn't in the Litsy database, but I requested it to be added. Genre is Horror and it's Free on Kindle Unlimited! It has a 4.1 rating on Goodreads and is pretty short at 157 pages.

These 2 books were great! Both have a #College setting. The bottom photo is University of Minnesota in Minneapolis where I earned my Bachelor of Science (BS😂) degree. The campuses are right next to the river-it‘s so beautiful.

My youngest daughter and my son-in-lawve helped me get rid of my old huge bed yesterday. Today she came back and helped me build the new bed. I could not have done it without them. That‘s what is new!

🔹 hmm, nothing stands out. But I love going to the library!
🔹 Library + bookstore + digital downloads. I found out I have 117+ unread books at home and 300+ downloaded on my phone. I think I might have an addiction 🙋🏻‍♀️
🔹 I‘ve started getting into sci-fi/space horror, so currently reading Contagion by Bowman

Exams have started at my school. I‘m not sure how it happens, but exam season is always a hot chaotic mess. Kids take two exams a day and either check out or stay at school with very little to do. My people skills are in short supply. I feel like the last two days I‘ve been interrupted every 6 seconds. I‘m just getting some feline therapy tonight.

Today's #WondrousWednesday inspired me to locate (and collageify) photos of my very first library card. It must have been 1980-1982 when I got it (I was 4 or 5). My signature is actually less legible now than it was then.
