This is a great coming of age story. It was funny and nostalgic. I am glad my sister told me to read this again because I had forgotten what happened in this book.

I really enjoyed this novella. I love Feyre's and Rhysand's relationship. They have the perfect amount of romance and leadership in their relationship as high lord and high lady. Cant wait to read more by this author and the next book in the series.

i really enjoyed this novel. Well this seems like it is just another The fault in our stars it is not. It is so much more than that. It explores not only racism but Islamaphobia as well. I thought the novel handled not only the mentioned issues really well but also Multiple scolorisis as well. Both of these issues of Islamaphobia and Ms are rarely addressed in novels, especially in the world of Ya books.

Pickpick

I really enjoyed this book . I thought this book was going to be more graphic then it was. I thought this book should have or could have been longer than it was. I would have appreciated more detail and more characterization because I enjoyed both main characters a lot. I appreciated the change from women's issues and feminist revolution type novels to the civil rights movement and the treatment of African Americans in the South.

This book completely fell flat for me. The plot was uninteresting and I did not care about the characters at all. I am surprised I even made it halfway through the book because it was so unimpressive. The main character was the cliche princess who did not want to be a princess and I am sick of this character trope being used.

I wanted to like this book I really did but the characters were flat and cliche. I applaud the diversity in this novel but sadly the story just wasn't for me. I am deeply disappointed this book didnt have the spark or emotion I wanted

This was an engrossing novel, I really enjoyed the horror element of this novel and the suspense. I did not like the fact that there seemed to be no conclusion. the only thing that could solve this problem is a sequel, so I hope there is one. I liked the plot and the idea of the tox. I also liked the characters. I can't wait to discuss this at the book club next month

This was a great vampire novel. I wish there was a sequel to say what happened to Tana if she became a vampire or not. I really liked all the characters and the plot. Holly black is a great author of the creepy strange and weird.

Educated: A Memoir | Tara Westover
Pickpick

This memoir was all too relatable. The memories and the journal writings of Tara Westover were sad and hopeful and all too crazy. I really enjoyed the fact that she did not let anything stop her from getting an education even if she had not been properly enrolled at school or taught in a homeschool environment all that well.

This was a powerful and moving novel. The issues in this book were addressed both realistic and empathetically. I think what made this even more powerful is not only the fact that I listened to this as an audiobook but that this story took place during the 1700's which shows that sexual assault happened even back then and is ongoing thing today.

Mehso-so

I liked this book but did not like it as much as I thought I would. I really love the world that Faizal has built but the characters fell short for me. I did not think that the main character did not have enough traits to make her a believable and she was too one dimensonal. The world and the plot was very Aladdin like which kept me hooked until the end. I only wish I could give this book a higher rating

I really enjoyed this novel. This was the first book I've read by this author. I also do not read books in this genre very often and I was impressed by this author and this novel in general, I liked both characters but the character that resonated with me the most was Bethie. Jo's youngest daughter reminds me of my little sister. I also liked the issues adressed in this book.

This was one of the best books I've ever read. In the vein of thirteen reasons why ot was as real and visceral as any book about suicide. Finch and violet were amazing. This was funny and sad at the same time.

Ever since I heard about this book I've wanted to read it. When the movie came out I wanted to rest it even more. Then I saw the movie and that is when I decided this month would be the month that I read it. I am so happy I finally did. With subtle differences compared to the movie I was entertained and intrigued to know what was going to happen next. The character of Simon is really fleshed out and has a great personality.

I was reluctant to pick this up because of a break up. As soon as I picked this up I couldn't believe I didn't pick this up sooner. Lara Jean and Peter is exactly what I needed. I giggled so much throughout this book that it was hilarious. This was a great sequel to the first one. Lara Jean is truly the most relatable character ever. She is innocent crafty and likes the idea of love just like me.

This was a highly imaginitive and amazing. I really enjoyed everything about this book. The characters the plot, the setting and especially the fairytale element. I really want to read more books by this author and the original fairytale "Snow white and Rose Red" I really enjoyed the queer elements to this book as well. This isn't your normal fairytale retelling.

I didnt like this book as much as i thought i would. I'm not sure why but I think it was a combination of high expectations and the writing. This was a collosal disappointment for me. this was my first book I've read by this author so maybe I'll give her other books a try.

LibrarianRyan I completely agree. It was touted so highly and it was a big let down for me as well.

Again, but Better | Christine Riccio
Pickpick

This novel was the epitome of cuteness and relatability. The main character Shane not only has social anxiety like me but totally nerds out on things. I really enjoyed all the pop culture references including the harry potter and Taylor swift ones. I really could relate to Shane's way of thinking and her thought process. The love interest in this book is adorable and unique.

I listened to this in audi0book form. I liked the elements of it but towards the end it seemed repetitive and boring. I also found it kind of confusing as well. I did like the characters though so that's why the rating is 2 stars instead of one. listening to it in audiobook form made it drag for some reason.

This was a twisty thriiler. It was a lot like Pretty Little liars but with different twists you never saw the ending or plot twists coming. It was unpredictable and juicy. This was the perfect read for me right now because it did not have too much romance in it which is good for me right now because I can't handle romance. I can't wait to read more books by this author and the next in this series.

Shout | Laurie Halse Anderson
Pickpick

This book of poetry/memoir is raw, visceral and as real as can be. I absolutely love this book and the author Laurie Halse Anderson is a force to be reckoned with. I met her five years ago and would absolutely love to meet her again. A lot of the lines in this book spoke to me including "we should teach our girls that snapping is ok instead of waiting for someone else to break them."
