Ware‘s books appeal to my “traditional mystery fan” side…who doesn‘t love a creepy house as the setting?

My ongoing “battle” with some administrators who have this perspective of history education. Hopefully Wineburg will provide some insight on how to combat this concerning point of view.

I liked this series. I‘m not usually drawn to steampunk fiction because it can be heavy on fictional “scientific terms.” This series is very readable and enjoyable.

I know I‘m late to the Litsy party with this book. I liked it, though I can see how readers would either really like this or really not like this.

The second series I‘m reading from the beginning; I deeply enjoy this series. For those who like historical mysteries with an edge, Sebastian St. Cyr (Viscount Devlin) will not disappoint. ❤️

ThatNerdyBookwyrm I LOVE THIS BOOK!! I have the second and third sitting on myself waiting for my to get to them. Maybe once I get through the pile I borrowed from the library. 12mo
