I‘m in a nostalgic mood and revisiting series I read a long time ago. Still an intriguing read and I remember I read it at a time when female lead characters in historical fiction went on a “finding their strong independent lifestyle” arc in their storylines.

Mehso-so

It was ok. Haven't decided if I want to read the rest of the series or not. I found the ending a bit meh. Decent story, but it is a bit dated and full of cliches. I did like some of the characters though.

The Halloween episode of Third Rock from the Sun came on as I was putting the new cat tree together. I never get tired of this show.

Pageturner1 love John Lithgow, he is so talented 3y
Patchshank @Pageturner1 I really like him too. Do you know of anything else he's in that's good? I mostly just see him making guest appearances in stuff. Same with French Stewart. Ive never seen anything they play a big part I'm besides this show. 3y
Pageturner1 @patchshank he has so many movies and each one is good. he has done appearances on tv shows. he is an author too. i haven‘t read any. French Stewart I haven‘t seen much of. He was on the sitcom Mom. 3y

My #screamathon TBR pile. I've tagged the top book because it's a little hard to see. I also have a few ebooks I'm going to tag in the comments. I'm hoping to get at least a few of these read. I'm picking a large number of books because I haven't had an attention span in like 2 months. This will give me room to jump around if a book isn't keeping my attention.

#alphabetbookishquiz. @RealLifeReading

This took a little bit of thought. Fun quiz!

Nute I like your answers because I don‘t think that I am familiar with any of them. This is one my favorite aspects of Litsy - the broadening of scope. Thanks for sharing! I‘m going to look up your “letter D owned book” - the title is intriguing.🙂 5y

Fremont Jones flouts early 20th century conventions and starts her own 'typewriter' business in San Francisco. But she is pulled into a murder case and quickly learns she's better as a private investigator. Really enjoyed these cozy mysteries.

BookmarkTavern I'm sold! These sound great! 6y
erzascarletbookgasm Ooo, this series sounds good! 6y
Moonpa @krysannethemums @erzascarletbookgasm The last book feels unfinished to the series as a whole but i love these. Re-reads! 6y
Jazzper2 I forgot about these, need to read them again. 6y
