I‘ve been doing pretty good this week. We went to the zoo last Sunday, so that was a bunch of miles! My husband was also away all week so I had a lot of free time last week.

Getting the 4.3 miles daily is tough! I hate when my Apple Watch sets impossible goals!

I‘ve read 7/10 books in 2 weeks, so I‘ll have to increase my reading goal.

A hard week for me. We said goodbye to our cat of nine years. It was a week of vet visits before the decision was made, so I didn‘t make time for workouts and we ate out quite a bit. I did get to finish one paperback and audiobook. Both were very good. Here‘s to a new week! #bfcr3 #smallsteppers

#BFCR3 week 2 check in post.
I was able to start another audio book, start my #LMPBC book, and read 3 graphic novels.
I've been standing instead of sitting at work a lot more, and generally getting more mobile. I took my kids to Kings Island and walked for what felt like 50 miles. 😉

I could not stop listening to this audiobook! Usually if I‘m not doing something active I have to stop listening. I could not put this down!

This is going to sound huge, but me listening to this audiobook is the equivalent of me listening to the Harry Potter audiobooks for the first time! I JUST COULDN‘T STOP!

Katherine Center is definitely now one of my go to must read authors! Both the books I‘ve read were great!

August has been crazy so far, so I never even got around to posting my final #BFCr2 check-in:

✔️ In Round 2, I managed to get in all of the scheduled workouts (though with some flexibility, because life), drank enough water, and listened to 60 books

I‘m keeping my goals the same for #BFCr3:

-Stick to my marathon training schedule
-Drink at least 64 oz. of water each day
-Read 50 audiobooks

This week was a little bit of a blur. I‘ve now realized I need a better tracking system for my goals. I‘m working on finishing this book (hopefully today) and working on an audiobook as well. I‘m really happy with getting my three workouts in. I‘m on call this week and it an be challenging to complete workouts, but I did it! Here‘s to starting strong for next week! #bfcr3 #smallsteppers

I had a pretty good first week. I ran twice this week! I went to a flat trail Saturday and ran better then when I run on the road, so I‘ll try to do that again!

I only hit a daily total of 4.3 miles twice. I actually forgot to check during the day where I was. So I‘ll try to remember in week 2.

I finished 3 books, 1 was an audiobook.
