Bklover First a question. When she is sitting before the exams she says M Emanuel approached her. Then as he is there she is talking to M Paul. Are they the same person??? This is such a depressing chapter- clearly Lucy does not do well when left alone for too long!! She did make me laugh when she said she wouldn‘t go back to the priest again because she was afraid she‘d end up a nun. 1y
Clare-Dragonfly This chapter is weird! 😂 After all that buildup I thought something interesting would happen with the exams but nope. And then Lucy has to take care of the disabled girl but nothing dramatic happens there. And then she gets sick and wanders into a Catholic Church and is terrified of how nice the priest is?! Also, is Paulina ever going to show up again? 1y

SarahBookInterrupted Where is this story going?! Just when I think a clear plot is happening then it leads to nothing. I‘m hoping it will give me a clear idea of what is happening or will happen or we are hoping happens to Lucy. Will she be a nun, a love interest, an actress or a detective…Something. (edited) 1y
