She needs to find the right dish that won't burn her when she eats it. The cat is my favorite in this book. Also now I know what Sambal dish to try since I can't eat spicy foods like Nenek.
pickThis is a hug of a book. I find the author (of Salt Fat Acid Heat fame) completely charming and loved her stories and approach to cooking and enjoying eating with loved ones. I have the physical book, which is beautiful, and have made a few things from it, but also listened to her narrate the non-recipe parts on audio and enjoyed it. Great food/eating/cooking book!
Last week was a week full of emotions. My 10 year old daughter has been dealing with stomach pain & nausea for the last 2 years.
