Cinfhen I think because the country is so small and so “young” ( 71 years) they do take a different approach when it comes to education and involvement @Chrissyreadit I finally signed up for the next singing initiative taking place January 5!!!! I‘m SO EXCITED 😁 4y

ravenlee My mom was diagnosed at 44 at her first mammogram, and she‘s going strong now at 68. My sister and I have both had suspicious mammograms but they turned out to be nothing. Get your testing done and do your self exams! 4y

I‘ve always had a fairly large TBR but large doesn‘t describe it any longer. My husband says it‘s out of control but he‘s not a reader so doesn‘t get it. I listen to audiobooks regularly instead of seldom and the Litsy community has introduced me to books I might not have noticed otherwise. I love having my reading horizon busted wide open.

A local library in my new area had a "book grab" where the books were free. I grabbed this one thinking I couldn't go wrong for free and I was right.

Adam Carolla is crass, foul mouthed and anything but politically correct and, surprisingly, I found that refreshing. His stories were funny and entertaining. He said what he meant and meant what he said

While this was not a typical read for me, I give it a thumbs up.
