I‘m starting the year off right. 2019 was full of four star books but not many fives. This is definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️which makes me very happy for my first read of 2020. This was an OLD #LitsyRecommends I believe from @Jules7 that I saw and had to read. Not a lot of reviews on it but I loved it- the kind of slow moving mystery that‘s very atmospheric with clues being eked out a bit at a time. Didn‘t guess the ending, definitely recommend!

Bklover Also thanks to my daughter and son-in-law as this was part of my #ChristmasHaul. ❤️❤️❤️ (edited) 3w
Tamra Sounds great! 3w

This is a good example of what Litsy has done to me! This book arrived today from Book Depository. I ordered it because I checked. I know that I saw someone‘s post about and had to have it Right Now. But I certainly don‘t remember. Oy.

Bklover Not sure I‘ve used “Oy” correctly, but I‘ve always wanted to say it. Oy. 7mo

Literally had the hardest time ever putting this one down. An amazing retelling of classic Greek mythology from the perspective of a god. I loved the characters, the adventures, the history! 100% would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10/10 loved this book. It‘s like the book that keeps on going, I never wanted to put it down. There was never a dull moment in this awesome thriller. I‘m sad to be done with it...all I can say is never trust a clown! 🤡 #litsyrecommends

Johanna414 I remember reading this and loving it years ago. I went through a major Dean Koontz phase! 12mo

I feel like I‘ve been gone for ages and it‘s only been a few days. Thought I‘d show you my haul from Christmas Day. Think I did well. Now it‘s time to get started getting ready for 2019 challenges. Other than Goodreads I am notoriously bad at challenges. I do, however, enjoy a good buddyread! On to 2019!!!

This was a fun insight into the authors experience learning about and getting aquatinted with octopuses. As an octopus enthusiast myself I thought this book was the perfect balance of informative and adventurous. 🐙

Hi Litsy! Remember me? I haven't read a book in over a month (February is SO BUSY in the teaching world), but I'm heading off to Mexico with two coworkers for spring break in 3 weeks! I'm looking for recommendations for vacation-y books to load on my Kobo before I leave! I don't like romance and I'm VERY picky when it comes to YA. I'm hoping to find a series or some really great thrillers! #litsyrecommends

BarbaraBB I just finished the tagged one. Definitely a good thriller! 2y
