AnnRThis was a horribly disturbing chapter, first with the birds, then with the attitude of the “adults.“ I actually cheered then Agnes got fired; not that she deserved it in any way, shape or form. My thought was she was too responsible to quit & it was good she got out of that situation before something really horrible happened. No governess could help those kids, between the lack of discipline & constant interference of the parents. #firetheparents13mo

julieclairI feel so sorry for Agnes. But also for those horrible kids… they are being allowed to grow up into horrible adults. I do fear we have not seen the last of them.13mo
