Sure, she (he?) was disqualified...ahem, she was asked to leave but Willam came out of it as a true champion with endorsement deals, music, and more exposure than a gay pornstar. Here, he (she?) teaches readers how to not be a hot (non-PC) mess or to not suck less like making sure that your trick leaves his wallet on the dresser or beating your face.

I love reading anything RuPaul puts out. This being a first book, it‘s not as polished as her others, but it was enjoyable seeing the progression and creation of RuPaul. Her struggles, successes and failures made her the fierce queen she is today! A fun and amazing read.

I wanted to read this because I have always loved watching drag.

I‘m often surprised at memoirs that are able to make alcohol and drug addiction seem like normal, ok, day to day life. I‘m so thankful that my life isn‘t like that.

All the same, I really enjoyed Aqua, Josh, and Jack‘s story. It‘s wild and weird and kind of a train wreck. I raise a glass to Aqua and her fish. It‘s only water, but cheers girl!

CoffeeNBooks Lol, so my brain was thinking faster than my hands were typing- I also read the *fiction book he wrote, Candy Everybody Wants. Then I read The Bucolic Plague, which I loved. I have a couple of the Beekman cookbooks, and I even went back and watched season 21 of The Amazing Race that he and Brent are on. 😂 5y
