A day behind on this August challenge and several books behind on this really great #middlegrade series. This series is so creative and full of so many twists and turns. I am only about 4 hours into the second book‘s audiobook but it‘s great! #tropesinaugust

pickGreat to see the main character grow and learn from her mistakes, but still be goofy and awkward. I wish I had a book like this when I was in my middle school years to help me feel like I wasn't alone going through all the different transitions. The world building is richly detailed.
