3.5 An interesting space opera. The Queen is on the run. Her planet and people taken over by revolutionaries. She wants her people to be free, but she also wants to live and free. But the two can not happen if others keep stabbing her in the back. Overall an interesting graphic novel. I liked the art work better than the story line.
So my mom got me a “page-a-day” calendar of women‘s history. Normally I am not good at keeping up with these, but have it on my desk at work and have been reading them while I eat lunch. This has resulted in adding at least 2 books to my reading so far this year, including this one today on the birthday of Lydia Maria Child. Wonderfully, this ebook is free on google books! https://books.google.com/books?id=-QITAAAAIAAJ&pg=PP9#v=onepa...
42 pages in and so far I feel pretty meh about this. It just doesn't seem like it has anything new to say. Still hoping, though.
