We have tons of #HolidayTraditions in this house and most of them involve baking. One of our favourites are huge, fluffy snickerdoodles. If you can't decide on #sugarorspice these just scream Christmas

FantasyChick Ingredients: 1c softened butter, 1 1/2c sugar, 2lg eggs, 2 3/4c flour, 2tsp cream of tartar, 1tsp baking soda, 1/4tsp salt, 1tsp vanilla, 3tbsp sugar, 3tsp cinnamon (for rolling) 4y

FantasyChick Directions: Mix wet ingredients, mix dry ingredients, blend together. Chill dough about 1/2 hr in the fridge. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Roll dough into balls. Roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake about 10 mins or until fluffy and golden brown. Do not flatten! I like to add a little extra cinnamon into the rolling mixture for a little extra kick 😊 4y
