Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Good to know, thank you! It is one that has lingered on a wish list for years but I've never pullled the trigger. Unless I find it used, I'll likely just let it go. 4y

Bookishlie OMG I want a Frenchie so bad but I have a pool and I‘m afraid if it fell in it wouldn‘t be able to get out:( 4y

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick @Bookishlie If it was supervised outside I suppose he would be safe. Watson is a Boston Terrier, so he's got longer legs but still isn't much for the pool. We live in an apartment so he only goes swimming in an above ground pool at my in-laws house. 4y

Bookishlie Hmmmm. Maybe I could look at a Boston terrier instead. I have a pug and she‘s tall enough to get out. I work 16-18 hours shifts sometimes so I have a doggie door. (edited) 4y

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick @Bookishlie In my experience Boston's are friendly, have lots of energy, but are full of love. They are a little stubborn so they can take a little time to train, but they're also smart. 4y

ElizaMarie @Bookishlie I have 2 franchies. When I took them to visit my mother (she has a pool) one had fallen in. he didn't really swim at all kinda started to sink but I was in the pool so I quickly got him out and never again did he try to get in, he runs around it and barks. The other dog just never got near it. 4y

I‘ve been a bit slack with my #SummerFun & #SummerFunJr bingo as well as my #SummerFunBucketList My reading in general the last few months has been awful, now I‘m more active there‘s less sitting & reading time! But I‘m so happy to be rehabbing it‘s a sacrifice I can deal with. For now😋. This is my #ReadingNow stack, I‘m about 1/2 way through HP, almost finished the Jemisin, 3/4 through YellowBird & just started the new Sarah Barrie.🙌
