TBH, I had higher hopes for this one, as I love the psy-changeling series. I found this main character annoying, and most of the other characters were unlikable as well. The mysteries were interesting enough to get me to finish listening 🤷‍♀️

I loved almost everything about this book. What I find most interesting is that there are parts that I would consider the book to be almost horror, which I somehow didn't expect going in to the series.

This book delivered on the gothic atmosphere - the haunted house vibes and creepy magic vibes were there. But, the ending didn't fully explain what was going on, which was frustrating.
