pickAnd that's the end. 😭 I didn't love this final season as much as the three before it, but it still gave me plenty of awesome to wallow in and a goodly amount of closure for most of the characters I've come to care for so very much. (Micah's the exception. The ending needed WAY more Micah.) I'll look forward to rereading this on the regular from now on, and you can bet I'll dive back into the other Riverside books ASAP.

Tonight I turned on my audiobook, won Present Tetris with all the stuff I got for my #cupidgoespostal match, wrapped everything, and completely failed to remember how I fit it all in the box during the trial run. Blah.

pickS1 reread: complete! TREMONTAINE is my favourite serial because it's a glorious mix of academia, intrigue, and charactery goodness, braced up by DARK SECRETS and chocolate consumption. Plus, everybody's super queer.
The episodic format made it easy to dip in and out of this reread as my audio schedule allowed, too. Gotta love that flexibility.

I found a mouldery street lamp on my #audiowalk, and I finished two more episodes of TREMONTAINE to boot. My plan for this series-wide reread is to get through as many episodes as I can whenever I'm between library requests. That's the really nice thing about serials; you can dip in and out of them.

SerialBox has been producing a prequel series to Ellen Kushner's Riverside books in serialized form. The excellent first season is on sale for a dollar!
No familiarity with Riverside needed (I had none and loved this!).
