Finished this morning for #ChloeGongReadAlong & it‘s an enthusiastic pick! The author wrapped the duology of this spinoff of her These Violent Delights series satisfyingly. vlwelser You love all of the girls. You don't have to pick favorites. I thought it was weird when I realized Alisa and Phoebe are the same age. Like everyone treats Phoebe like a child. But Alisa is treated as a peer. 1mo

Meshell1313 @vlwelser I thought of that also. I feel like in the earlier books Alisa was really a child- it‘s like we watched her grow up. I think for me the difference in how they are treated was because of how they were raised- Alisa was def more sheltered. ??? 1mo
