With a current temperature of -22 degrees and a dusting of snow, this book I ordered picked the most appropriate day to arrive in the mail. It‘s supposed to get down to-27 degrees tonight🥶 Looking forward to a cozy weekend spent indoors reading under my wool blanket.

I am posting one book per day from my extensive to-be-read collection. No description and providing no reason for wanting to read it, I just do. Some will be old, some will be new. Don‘t judge me - I have a lot of books. Join in if you want!

Sounds like a good plan!

Unfortunately, I have to go to physical therapy in the morning. It‘s going to be 22 degrees outside so I will actually wear my winter coat. 🥶

After that, it will be warm beverages, audiobooks & writing holiday cards. 🤓

AmandaBlaze I have PT this morning, too. Brrrr! 5mo

A nice, romantic story, predictable and soppy but worth the read if you like that sort of thing…and I do at the moment.
A sweet “we‘ll meet here in 10 years” tale where the journey was more important than the destination.
It was nice to escape the Covid isolation, and journey to another land in safety.

This was beautifully written and well executed. This resonated with me even more so as like Norah I lost my dad and I was a true daddy's girl like she is. I could truly feel her pain. The plot is a steady one that flickers back in time to her memories with Andrew and some with Joe too. I had an idea early on, how I wanted this to go and I got what I wanted. Norah is likeable as is Joe, you warm to their friendship. #Netgalley 4*
