#bookmail!
Thank you @josie281 for the bread book.
This is another example of why Litsy is so wonderful. #randomactsofbookishkindness
I am excited to make even more bread. Now I can return the library‘s copy.

josie281 Sorry it took me so long! Enjoy!! 6y
theresidentromantic Gone with the Gin looks incredible 😠6y
sdbruening I have Gone with the Gin! And Tequila Mockingbird. I enjoy the humor in the them but I haven‘t enjoyed the drinks I‘ve made from them thus far 🙠6y

Today‘s loaf from yesterday‘s batch of dough came out quite nice. The crust is so tasty.
I‘m going to have to buy this book.

ReviewsbytheMrs These look so tasty! Is the prep time really five minutes? 6y
KarenUK Looks amazing! 👠6y
MaleficentBookDragon @ReviewsbytheMrs the active work is really five minutes. You do still have to let it rest for about forty minutes from when you take it out of the fridge before baking it. But no kneading and you make a big batch that can stay in the fridge for two weeks. (edited) 6y

TricksyTails Mmm!!! 😋 6y
Tamra So lovely! 6y
josie281 I will send you it if you would like! I have had it for years but keep to a recipe I love so it has just sat there on my shelf. My email is my handle at gmail if you want it! 6y
MaleficentBookDragon @josie281 oh my gosh thank you!!!! I‘ll send you my address. I‘d love it. Another reason why Littens are so amazing. #randomactsofbookishkindness 6y

My first loaf from the batch of dough came out pretty tasty. The #manpanion loved the crust. I think it could have used more time in the oven (I hear Paul Hollywood in my head telling me it is not done). It was a good first try and I‘m interested to see how the taste changes as I use the rest of the dough this week.

Riveted_Reader_Melissa Looks delicious to me! 6y
[DELETED] 3803335244 It looks yummy! I wish my gluten free bread turned out this good. 6y
TaylorMay That looks delightful! Also, #manpanion 😂😂😂😂 6y

TaylorMay Also, I think Paul would be impressed that this was your first go! 6y
parttimedomestic Looks great! 6y
Lizpixie That looks so good! When you tap it on the bottom with your knuckle and it sounds hollow, that‘s when it‘s perfectly done. Nothing is better than fresh crusty bread, there‘s no such thing as bad Home made bread 🥖 6y
LittleMummyMe I've been baking my own bread lately too. I've been baking sourdough. 6y
Amandajoy That‘s a beautiful loaf! Enjoy it! 6y

We do Christmas Eve dinner by carving bread not a ham. 🷠😂 and a platter of meats, cheeses, pickles, and jam.
And hey! You are loved and appreciated, my Litten friends! ♥ï¸. (P.s. I do own this book and it‘s great)

I really need to stop picking up the Kindle version of cookbooks, even if they're on sale. I really prefer cooking from a physical copy of a cookbook. Why do I always seem to forget that? #cookbookhoarder

So far, so good, although the "size of a grapefruit" in my mind is much smaller than in the authors' minds. Perfect test loaf!

EricaO I loved that book! Made the basic bread and the girls devoured it in record time. 8y
