Book 2. This was pretty good but I found so many little things irritated me. I'm not sure I'll continue with this series. I absolutely love the coffee talk. However, not everyone can have caffeine like me and decaf is fine (not for me ) so get over it.

If you love coffee and cozy mysteries then you may enjoy this series.

I like this book so far, buuuuut… I absolutely despise passages where someone describes themselves like they‘re in love with themselves. Thanks for mentioning your lovely “Italian-roast brown hair” (coffee-themed, I get it) and your “C-cups.” It‘s annoying and would be unacceptable in anything but a cozy. Does this annoy anyone else?

This was the second in the series and further developed the MCs. For the most part, I enjoyed this book. I am a huge coffee nut, but even for me, some of coffee discussions about the different beans and what not were a bit boring. I thought the mystery was decent. A fun little cozy mystery.

This was my first finish for #easterextravaganza I‘m at 12.5 hours so far, so my goal of 24 hours seems attainable.

I really wanted to enjoy this series but the first book wasn't a Mysteries but more of a how to make coffee. This one wasn't any better it didn't go into the mystery but more of the main character waffling between flirting with a married police detective (which is never good in my book) and some new guy that is a suspect in the murders. All in all it was very boring that I couldn't finish it and had to bail.

Loving this series

I enjoyed this. While not outstanding, it was a solidly fun story. These books give me all kinds of coffee fantasies!

For me, coffee and books go together beautifully. I enjoy supporting my local independent coffeehouse, The Urban Bean. Do you have a great, local, indie coffeehouse?

Starting the second book in the fun series with my second home made bookmark (thanks to my wife‘s help with her Cricut...)

This is a cozy mystery that isn‘t as cozy as some. I have LONG way to go to catch up with this series so I hope it stays the way it is.

Good enough for me to continue the series. A nice light read.
