Tree skirt is getting there. Placed all my book orders for swaps. And I've scotchgarded my new mukluks twice over. Also scored some yams for Christmas dinner. I always like to make things ahead when possible. #productivity

A LOT of this is way too hipster for me, but I'd love to make a nice slipper. My grandmother crocheted us slippers when I was a kid. I'll have to dig up a photo.

If only I could do more than a straight line...
It's like #crochetporn for those of us that just can't do it.

monkeygirlsmama My sister-in-law tried to teach me, but I can hardly get beyond doing just one epically long line. And that I can only do when she's just showed me how. Five minutes later I forget. 😆 And Heaven help me if I want to try to move to the next line over of the pattern. Then she practically has to do it for me or be there to watch over my shoulders. I made a simple hat once, but only because she sat by me every step of the way. ⬇️ 7y

monkeygirlsmama Meanwhile she whips out these fabulous blankets, cowls, shawls, scarves, gloves, hats, sweaters, etc. and in no time flat! Makes me sick. Hahahaha KIDDING, it doesn't really! 😇😉 I do wish I had her skills though, even a fraction of. (edited) 7y
