I'm Frustrated

What the f—- is going on with Litsy? Seems that I can only post through the website and not through the app. Why can‘t the developers just put out a statement on one of their social media accounts and just say that the app isn‘t working properly?!?! #firstworldproblems

My silly right eye seems to have contracted pink eye or some other virus. I‘m at the doctor waiting to get it checked out right now but this is really really annoying. I guess I‘ll be depending on audiobooks to get me through my #24B42019 readathon. ☹️😠 #vent

LibrarianRyan Uggghhh. That sucks. My mom has something similar and went to the walk in. The walk in sent her to the emergency room. She had to wait 9 hours to get in even though the doctors sent her over there. Turned out to be a special sensitivity because of the fluorescents and the computer screens. Hopefully yours is something not to bad. I truest feel for you me plight right now. 5y

I‘m completing an online course required for my license. All I want to do right now is ... READ my BOOK! That progress line isn‘t moving fast enough!! #atleastIvegotgoodmusic

Librarybelle It also times perfectly for 3 hours, so there is no speed reading through it. We have to do this in the library world as well. 5y

amywithbooks I have to do that same training every two years for my license. It‘s horrible! 5y

Frustrating when people don't follow through. For #lmpbc my book never made it past the first person. Worst part is, I sent gifts for them and the other two people with the book. Now this person wont even reply to texts after saying they'd send it multiple times and not doing it.

melissajayne I can‘t see my old notifications. Updates should only go through the app stores rather than shutting down the app, in my personal opinion. Also they‘ve screwed it up royally and I‘m thinking of deleting the app off my phone and tablet. 6y

I am FED UP with the post office/mailing system in my small town. They've damaged two packages (one of which was for #canuckswithbooks) recently and have had major delays for two of my amazon orders containing Christmas gifts. I sent out two bookish packages last Thursday and they haven't even left yet. This is a sign...no more Litsy mail sign ups for me. #secretsantagoespostal

Ugh!!! I think Litsy did an update & now my cropping is all messed up!!! It was working so well and now I'm severely limited in my cropping abilities. Also if I make a mistake in a post I have to delete the entire thing & redo it. 😣 I'm on an Android device. Anyone else feeling my pain??? #pleasefix #bringbackmyoldsettings

christineandbooks When mine updated a while back I got a totally new photo editing thing and have hardly any cool frames and such now. More stickers but fewer of the other interesting features. I don't know how to get them back. Also on android... Frustrating... 7y

I went looking for a book for my son today, he is 10 but quite an advanced reader, so I tend to look for books in the teenager section of the bookstore.
Nearly all were aimed at girls. What's up with that? Boys like to read too, frustrating 😒

Paperback.Propensity I know! No wonder boys tend to start reading less around high school. No one is really writing for them. It is a shame. 7y

Eridau That was one of my biggest struggles when I was a teacher. Finding books for pre-teen and teen boys. Have you checked out Guys Read? It's a great site for finding books for boys. http://guysread.com/ 7y

BookFreakOut My cousin is like that, 14 and reading things like The Martian. My husband listens to YA but it's hard to get away from the female POV with more romantic talk than he'd care for. 7y

Texreader @LazyOwl I understand how frustrated you've been but now I feel like I've hit the mother load. We got him tons of books for his birthday and his teacher is stocking him up too. It's been amazing. And he'll get a few more for Easter tomorrow. I hope you experience the same! Sounds like our sons have a lot in common: reading lots of books! 7y
