Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking | Susan Cain

If I #spentadayholidayshopping , I need a quiet, private space to recuperate from so much interaction. I‘m an introvert, and reading a good portion of this book (I had to return it before I finished it...must get it again!) allowed me to realize that‘s okay. It‘s certainly helped me to re-examine my thought processes and my needs as an introvert. #survivingdecember

A Christmas Carol | Charles Dickens

#TistheSeason for a #CozyHolidayBook by the fire. And I don't think there's a cozier, more heart-warming pick than Dickens' Christmas classic. This is also a great one to read after you've #SpentaDayHolidayShopping, as a reminder that behind all the trappings and bows, it is love and kindness to fellow man that makes the season bright. Oh, and it's #setinwinter.
