So excited to receive these from the fabulous @Cinfhen and her #pickpanbailsoso giveaway. Had a slight moment when the package arrived in a Royal Mail 'already damaged when it got to the UK, not our fault' plastic bag, and saw the envelope was wide open 😳, but thankfully nothing damaged inside. Thank you so much, Cindy! Looking forward to all of them, especially the Queen of Katwa! And I'd love to know what the bookmark says!

Cinfhen I‘m happy it arrived, but sorry it arrived damaged 😫I did include tea & chocolates but I guess they got lost 😥😥believe it or not they don‘t sell padded mailers in this country!!!!! The bookmark says Take time to enjoy the moment (I think) my Hebrew is still a work in progress 😘😘😘 6y

I‘m not usually a bailer but I panned for a little too long in Americanah and decided that it just wasn‘t for me. She has a beautiful writing style and way with words but the plot was not for me. Looks like all my picks for this giveaway are written by women! Girl power!

I found another Litten who felt the same. Just couldn‘t spend more time hoping the narrative would change. 6y

It was definitely a year of reading outside of my normal genres with the reading of gn's and I enjoyed the journey. I rarely bail so no bails for me although I seriously contemplated bailing on Ghostworld. Thanks for the fun #giveaway @Cinfhen !

Cinfhen Really? You didn‘t like Tornado Weather? I thought it was good. A little offbeat and a strange ending, but I was impressed by this debut author. Thanks for sharing your choices 6y

Morr_Books @Cinfhen I did want to like it, but I thought it was too disjointed. It started off as an intriguing thriller but then the author seemed to get sidetracked from that to talk about the town drama and characters that I lost care for the initial thriller. The end was also not great. 6y
