What a cute story. August is trying to be independent, start a new stage in her life and moved to NY. There she lives with these peculiar, funny, great roommates adding adventures to her life. Then one day on the train she sees this attractive and different girl who seems to be trapped in the 70‘s in term of her music taste. Who is this Jane? A real person? Someone from the past? A ghost? August and the roommate gang will discover the mystery.

Gissy I would prefer another ending, maybe sad but more realistic. But I know that is an unpopular opinion. Most people love this end. I really enjoy the story. 3.5⭐️

I'm looking forward to the #JoyOfJune #Readathon hosted by @Andrew65 this week. My goal is to finish 3 books and get started on 3 more.

KristiAhlers Sadly the book What Fresh Hell is This currently sums up my situation perfectly. I may just have to download that and read it while I sit here with my dad in the hospital. Trying desperately to find the bright side here. 2y

Eggbeater @KristiAhlers I am about a third of the way through it and I highly recommend it so far. I feel very validated in my perimenopausal experience. It is not something I was prepared for at all. 2y

KristiAhlers @Eggbeater I‘m going through that right now as well. It‘s a toss up on if I‘m going to be sweet as sugar or chew up and spat out someone if they‘re breathing wrong. Hormonal doesn‘t begin to describe it. And don‘t get me started on my personal trip to the tropics hot flashes! 🙄 I‘m definitely downloading it now. 2y
