I didn‘t love this. It was hard for me to tell when she was serious and when she was joking. Disappointing, since this was supposed to be a #funnybook I probably should have anticipated that it wouldn‘t be my kind of humor since I was never a huge fan of The Office.

BookNAround I read this one and thought it was boring. Then again, I‘ve never seen The Office so have no idea who she is. That said, I think a good book wouldn‘t require you to already know and like the author to like the book. But I‘ve always been a curmudgeon about famous people memoirs. 5y

The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao | Junot D�az

Missed getting this posted yesterday, but I didn't want to skip so I'm posting a day late. This is one of the funniest and saddest books I've ever read. I love all the pop culture references and usage of Spanglish in the book. Oscar's story is really beautiful. I've heard that Lin Manuel Miranda has done an audiobook recording of this that I can't wait to listen to.
