WJCintron RECIPES: Patties: 1 can black beans (mash them), 1 carrot (peel & shred it), 1/4 red onion diced, salt/cumin/pepper/chili powder to taste. Also red peppers if you want. Mix everything. Flour (coconut or almond flour to keep it keto or your choice). Form the patties. Not too thick and cover them with the flour. Avocado oil in pan and cook them. Be gentle so they don‘t break. They will be soft. Be gentle while flipping them over. 🙌😃 (edited) 2y

WJCintron RECIPE BREAD: 1 serving: 1 carrot, peel and shred, 1 egg, 1/4 cup coconut flour or grounded linaza, 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or tahini (I use tahini since I am lactose intolerant), salt/pepper/baking powder (1/4 tsp), paprika to taste. Mix well and put content in a square microwaveable bowl and press it well so everything is compacted. Cook for 4-5 mins. Let it rest and then depending on thickness you can slice into two halves and enjoy. 😃🙌 2y
