This is a delightful novella with wonderful characters, a nasty villain, some neat monsters, lots of yummy food, and a satisfying conclusion that leads neatly into the forthcoming Manhattan Magic series. #cozyfantasy #urbanfantasy #magic #holidaystories

i actually didn‘t care for this too much. the characters just weren‘t developed as much as i‘d like. overrated in my opinion, but i can see how others enjoy it.
