squirrelbrain Yes, @julesg this is the shop where they used to be 25p each! Then they went up to 50p, now they‘re Q9 or two for Q9.50.... 5y

Today‘s #charitybookshophaul - total Qc. The bottom four are for a work colleague who loves reading and has recently started asking me for advice. We were chatting yesterday and she hadn‘t heard of Daphne du Maurier. Serendipitously, what did I find today in a charity shop?!

The others are all for me of course! (One for me, one for you - is that how it goes?!)

quietlycuriouskate I would love a copy of A Little Life. I saw it in the library but didn't borrow it because I didn't want to get caught up in it and have to give it back halfway through when someone else requests it. 5y

squirrelbrain @Hestapleton - the spine is better than the cover actually, it‘s a similar design cover but mainly white. However the UK copy, which this is, is much nicer than the poor man on the US cover....😢 5y
