I finished this early this week, and just realized I didn‘t review it yet.

I mostly listened to the audiobook, which was well done. I felt at times that the writing and characters were a bit simplistic, but as I got deeper in the story I enjoyed it more and more. While this isn‘t my favorite WWII historical fiction I‘ve read, I did like it a lot and it‘s definitely a pick.

Autumnscribe I loved this book! I actually read it while my mom was going through an encore performance of breast cancer. Everyone thought I was nuts. Maybe I was. But to be honest it really helps. The book is so life affirming. Live. Love. And savor each whenever you get the chance. 6y
