This short story is even better the second time around. I previously just listened to all the short stories (1 released each Christmas) but now I‘m reading the entire series in order for #serieslove2023. It‘s even sweeter having read it this way and I can‘t wait to start the next book. Love love love this series. @julesG I understand why you keep rereading the series!! @TheSpineView @Andrew65

julesG Yes, I've read the TP books. I think I read the first TP (Doing Time) after book 10 (Hope for the Best). I wouldn't read the TP series before that point. In the short "And Now For Something Completely Different" (#9.7) Jodi's intro says she was fiddling with the idea of the TP. So it seems most natural to read it either before book 10 or just after. 11mo

julesG Having read an ARC for book 14, I am tempted to say, wait until you've read all 14 St Mary's books and then read TP. Then again, there are no spoilers for St Mary's in the TP books and vice versa. 11mo

I loved finally getting the backstory for Mrs Mack, Mrs Enderby, and Mrs Shaw. The ending made me tear up, but there‘s plenty of St. Mary‘s laughter sprinkled throughout the rest of the tale.
