pickThe loveliest story of a young boy rescued from a shipwreck by a lighthouse keeper. Over the following years, he goes to boarding school and moves to other parts of England, but the pull of the lighthouse island always calls him back. When he is able to return, he finds the island just how he remembered it. It‘s geared to 9-12 year olds and is written 1st person, but it‘s a sweet read for adults as well. The illustrations were my favorite part.
pickOn the day I left my SWF holiday I managed to visit Noff‘s op shop in Regent St Redfern. I ❤️ that it is open on Sun. The cardi seems to be vintage, it has sparkles & was only $4 down from $10! The 👗 also has sparkles. I can‘t resist a small men‘s 👕 with a beautiful pattern. Last yr I scored lots of good adult 📚. This yr it was beautiful picture 📚 plus a travel 📕 for me. I‘ll keep the kids 📚 at my place for my little people to enjoy here.

This one was harder for me today!
Finally made it into the city to see the Kusama exhibition - I‘d heard that it was magnificent and always crowded so we bought tickets online and arrived before the gallery opened to join the queue - which meant we were able to walk straight in AND we loved it all! This was my favourite room but they were all glorious!
Even my beloved water window has had a Kusama makeover.
