A cozy mystery set in the 1930‘s where Clara inherited her uncle detective agency. I like Clara Vale character, well educated woman, likes fashion but down to earth. She has a dramatic mother who she ignores sometimes. The novel presents some issues women faced during that time which can be annoying today but we are still working in that equity. The story is funny, fast paced and the mystery is interesting. ⬇️

I enjoyed this book. Veronica Speedwell is an assertive, independent woman who will express herself in a direct and honest way. Not so much space to be too sensitive or sentimental. She will get involved in this investigation with someone…It was funny and fast read. 3.8/4⭐️

This was a gift from a friend of mine, because this is one of her favorite authors in paranormal romance. I think this is my first novel by this author. It was good but it didn‘t impress me. My friend hasn‘t read it yet she thought it was good start because was a stand alone but I clarified her that it is part of a trilogy. But I like the “six sense” or ability to experience premonitions through her dreams⬇️

This was for #CBBC I think the book sent was the second in the series but I wanted to read first book #1.
The typical cozy mystery. Here the mystery and plot was related with knitting 🧶 which I don‘t do but it was interesting. The murder was more violent I could say than the typical cozy stories I have read. I already read book #2. 3⭐️
