So I‘ve discovered a game that works like Apples to Apples or Cards Against Humanity, but the twist is, your responses come not from cards dealt to you, but from whatever book you have on hand. sara.the.librarian @thebookdiviner For real! Saying things like "And then the main character does ..." or "The main character meets so-and-so" will get you some off looks. When I met my best friend in college (she too has already read the Historian) and we were bonding over books, I mentioned how weird it is that we never find out her name and I watched this slow realization and horror spread over her face. I think she gave her name somewhere along the lines. Haha. 7y

thebookdiviner 😂😂 I do that when I can't pronounce someone's name in a book, just make up my own name for them. Totally! And even giving basic descriptions doesn't really work, because it's a vampire book, but not really; it's historical fiction, but also not really. It's just all over the place but in a really good way @sara.the.librarian 7y
