The Rosie Effect: A Novel | Graeme Simsion

So, these were my #aprilreads As you can see I am a tad behind. 😳 Life is just busy ALL. THE. TIME. I can‘t lock down time to read.

Tagged book was my favourite, but Virgil Wander & In An Absent Dream were close seconds.

It was a fairly good month, but one of the slower months so far in 2019. Actually, May has been even slower. I‘ll post about that in July. 😂

My favorite was Then She Was Gone! Which was surprising since I usually hate audio books. It was just so good.

APRIL WRAP-UP! I really enjoyed many of the books I read this month. My favorites were The Stars Beneath Our Feet, Daisy Jones and the Six, Internment, The Care and Feeding of Ravenously Hungry Girls, Normal People, and Anger Is a Gift (though I thoroughly enjoyed many others).⠀

4 were written by women: 2 Jodi Picoult, 1 Darcy Coates and 1 Ann-Marie Macdonald
I listened to the audiobook of "Fall on your knees" which I absolutely loved.

This is what I read in April. My two five-star reads were Normal People and The Deeper the Water, with Theft by Finding, Daisy Jones, and Down Among the Sticks and Bones close seconds.

My April reads. Read 3 Outlander books (only 1 left in the series until BEES is released), and a few others to boot. I‘m thinking May might need to be some lighter titles. #AprilReads

baes @Crazeedi Thank you! 4mo
baes @RvnclawWhovian They‘re hefty reads! These last few I‘ve had an easier time (with not getting distracted with other books). I‘m getting a lot more invested in their stories and can‘t put them down. 4mo
