Went overboard, but @AardvarkBookClub ‘s picks were FANTASTIC this month!!! If I didn‘t already have Rouge from the library, I would‘ve gotten it instead of Starter Villain. And maybe I should‘ve waited at the library for SV, but that cover is fantastic! 😂😂🫶🏻 Broder is always interesting, and my library doesn‘t get her books. Black Sheep seems like a great seasonal book (horror). Nice job #aardvark!

vlwelser My library gets everything because Boston. But I just pick the one I want most and go with it. Possibly the covers speak to me. But their author choices have gotten pretty epic too. 12h

Eyelit It was def difficult deciding this month as I wanted a lot of them - but limited myself to two (Rouge & Death Valley). Full disclosure: I already had starter villain and am planning on using a libro credit for black sheep) 😆 9h

#Aardvark picks are out. This was a struggle. I basically wanted all of them (except I already read Rouge which is awesome). My finalists were this and Starter Villain. Amazing author choices. I love this book box.

The Burnout was already on my radar (the parallels with my current work situation are too on point) and I DEFINITELY let myself fall for the cover of Starter Villain. Happy fall, y'all! 🤣🎃

So after being a member since 2017, I‘m leaving #botm. 🥺 I‘m using my library more, and it‘s rare that they don‘t have the choices I want. I‘m tired of balancing two book club subscriptions, and #aardvark‘s choices have been more up my alley. Using my last box to pick up two summer books I want to reread, and Betty, which my library doesn‘t have. Strangely enough, I‘m next in line at the library for Unsettled. 😂 #ByeByeBlueBox

Megabooks @JamieArc yes, I had spent this year doing the same, but I‘ve ended up with a few picks that I‘m not enthused about to get the add on I want. I‘d probably keep at it if @AardvarkBookClub hadn‘t come along, but after having both for a year, it makes sense for me to drop BOTM. I‘m sure there will be a month or two I regret it!! 😂😂🤷🏻‍♀️ 3d

Hooked_on_books Some months I am so tempted to dive back into botm, but others I‘m glad I‘m not a member anymore. Especially with the ridiculous shipping they have to my spot. And I have exactly the same experience with my library having most of their options. 3d

Megabooks @Cinfhen yes, I left for 6 months in 2018. When I was talking with @Reviewsbylola over on Insta, we were both nostalgic for when BOTM had great under the radar picks. I feel like that happens less often now. 🤷🏻‍♀️ hopefully I don‘t regret it! 2d
