Hello Litsy Friends! 🙋🏻 It‘s been a few weeks since I logged on and it seems I missed many exciting reviews and updates. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I‘ve been occupied and haven‘t actually read any books since August 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I noticed one of my auto-buy authors had a new one so I snatched it up along with Dan Brown‘s new novel. 💁🏻 I‘m nearly done with this one so look for a review soon (hopefully) 🙃

All packed and ready to go for the weekend. I wish this trip was for fun, but unfortunately it's for a memorial service for my uncle, so it's probably going to be emotional. janeycanuck No book recommendations but I had the best eggs Benedict of my life at a tiny little restaurant in Amsterdam called Gartine. Reservation highly recommended. And if you're a foodie, look up Hungry Birds food tours. We loved ours. (edited) 7y

janeycanuck Oh, and if you're able to rent a car, consider adding Melk Abbey and the town of Durnstein to your itinerary. The abbey has the most amazing library and Durnstein is rumoured to be the inspiration for the Grimm brothers' "kingdom far far away" 7y
