Journalist Julie K. Brown did not skip a beat in this one. It greatly details hers and others relentless and risky accounts of trying to bring down Epstein over and over. Unfortunately, even with how well this book is written, and no matter how exhaustive her , there will never be answers to questions that people still do not want answered.

This was REALLy good. I didn‘t know much about the full Epstein back story, but Brown explains things well and is compulsively readable. The content is sickening but I couldn‘t put this one down. Well reported.

Saw a couple of great reviews for this in the weekend papers so, of course, I had to have it.

The author is a ‘small-town‘ journalist who investigates why Epstein was protected by the establishment for so long. Her report in the Miami Herald ultimately led to his arrest. She also talks to some of the girls involved to tell their stories.

Oryx Sounds interesting. 3y

This is an amazing piece of reporting, especially by a local paper. Julie looked at the Jeffery Epstein human trafficking story from the miscarriage of justice to his victims by a questionable immunity deal. From there, the story began to unfurl to his eventual capture and death. In this book, she shares how she and her photographer got the story as well as breaking down each major point in the timeline of Epstein‘s crimes and arrest. A must-read.

MsMelissa Okay, fine. I‘ll start it now 😂 3y
