I took this photo during #wintergames2021 for a daily challenge and I am STILL in love with it. If it wasn‘t for copyright issues because of the book in it, I would TOTALLY use this as a Christmas card!!

I didn't even think to ask if the candy cane had any significance. Actually, I don't really like candy canes and its cool to see that it does. It's not as old as some Christmas traditions but it definitely has an interesting Nativity beginning 😯 Enjoyed it just for that tidbit! #tmskellington #wintergames #holidayread

This children's picture book explains how the candy cane came to be.

Tomorrow is everyones favorite holiday tradition, the Candy Cane Hunt. It is like an Easter egg hunt but with candy canes. My kids and I invite all our friends and now an invite is coveted.
