pickIn this book Tracy Crosswhite investigates 2 cases, a current murder and a cold case. It felt most of the books was about the cold case, she spent little time on the more recent case. It was an intriguing book and I liked the investigative work. Book 3 of the series.
pickI‘m not much of series reader but I do like this one for when I want to read something that I can just get lost in, where I don‘t have to think too much. Always a good plot, writing and characters. Definitely read more of it when I‘m in the mood for this sort of read.

My view on this rainy Tuesday! I‘m digging the third book in the Tracy Crosswhite series. I‘ve mainly listened to this one.. first audio book I‘ve listened to actively. I usually will listen to a book I‘ve read a million times on audio to fall asleep lol I really like the change of pace! I‘m slightly behind my 52 book challenge, but catching up quick!
pickI liked this one a lot more than the second one in the series - at least nobody was trying to kill Tracy this time! Perfect commute audiobook for a busy, stressful time - giving and grading exams. Pic is of a cool collapsed trestle we found in a clearing during a hike.
Just a little over 150 pages left in this book. I am a serious fan of this series and author!
pickThis series has definitely sucked me in. This one is not my favorite of the ones I've read, but it was quick and enjoyable.

pickI'm enjoying the Tracy Crosswhite series. I started it on a lark when the first book was on sale on Kindle for $1.99. This book is the third installment. What a good find!
Of course I accidentally ended up across from the public library. Lol. Such a pretty area!!
Well, the Tropical Storm is hitting my area in Georgia tomorrow and most of my work territory in Florida, so I will be working from home. I might actually get to finish this book by then!

Traveling for work again today, so couldn't read during lunch :(
so-so⭐️⭐️⭐️This book was just ok for me. I was intrigued by the summary. I thought the story sounded interesting, but the it fell flat for me for the most part. It took me quite a bit of time to read it and it moved slowly for me. In the end, I was glad I stuck with it and found out who the killer was.
As I walk into work today, I'm thinking I'd like to turn right back around and enjoy the sunshine and some reading time.
I think I speak for all journalists when I say, "Ain't that the truth?"
